Straight-Shootin Guy: Seek Meaningful Relationships
I’m not a mass-produced eligible bachelor, lethargically interested in going without a date instead of living it up with friends. I’d bet people probably never heard me blog on great dating and companionship. No surprise.
Dependence is an avoidable quality and completely neglected in my genetics. However, Here’s the situation, I had no choice but to escape from a worthwhile cohabitation that meant something to me but truly wasn’t meant to be. I guess you would say it may have been a good since I dated someone new. I’m missing the great expectations I held years ago.
Living free and single isn’t bad. I know one thing, I can’t stay in peacefully watching Battlestar Galactica reruns. The primary reason for this case of weekend dating apathy? This isn’t college, and there are fewer available women.
My accomplished hunting buddy, Tim, who doesn’t know the meaning of dating lameness, sympathized because he is now in a similar place. He showed me these Great Expectations Reviews. I enjoy getting to know quality gals who meet my values. So I got real about my dating life and joined.
Be honest, ya can’t complain by going dateless when ya haven’t even put yourself into the game. Just like our senior year football coach Chris Smith repeated to no end as his idea of encouragement, “When the ladies don’t bite, bite them first, stupid.”
Coach was crazy, and a little out of touch. Still, the man was on the money without being self-righteous. He was good humored. The fun company offering matchmaking services in Dallas that I use might have blown the gipper’s shiny bald head.
At great expectations singles events I spent time with some substantive and attractive women that catch my eye. I actually had a blast with a few pretty enjoyable people. The evening ended with a promising exchange of numbers, and as a plus, I grew some political acquaintances for my job. Right on!
Put yourself in the play. Can’t win if you don’t try. Listen to me and believe in your own great expectations for life’s sake.
Respectfully,
Josiah
