<p>Read your application carefully, reflecting on your personal career and the questions that they may pose to you.</p>
<p>You should aim to anticipate and prepare for the likely questions which they will tend to ask you and also prepare some questions to put to them.</p>
<p>To do well at the interview you will need to convince the interviewer that you are technically well qualified and are able to do the job. You will also need to show that you are sufficiently motivated to get the job done well and that you will fit in with the company&#8217;s organisational structure and the team in which you will work.</p>
<p>You should dress smartly for the interview and should leave home earlier than you need to on the day of the interview &#8211; obviously you may be delayed by traffic or a delayed train or something else beyond your control. </p>
<p>Be courteous to every employee of the company that you encounter. You never know who is watching!!</p>
<p>At the interview itself you should aim to be positive about yourself and your abilities &#8211; but do not waffle.</p>

<p> <![endif]--><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><o:p></o:p>I am sitting here thinking about the graduation gear that is used now for formal <a href="http://www.gordon-intl.com"><u><span style="color: blue;"><span style="color: blue;">graduations</span></span></u></a>, and it really has not changed a lot since my school days, which were oh&#8230;. Many years ago! The gowns and hats are the same as they have been for as long as I can remember.<span style="">   </span>Originally, the gowns were used to keep the students warm during the outdoor graduations that happened starting in the late 1800s. <o:p></o:p></span>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Times have changed, clothing has changed, and so has the way things are taught in school now with all the new technology.<span style="">  </span>Learning is now changing on the daily it seems with computers changing faster than we can learn to use them. What have changed very little is the <a href="http://www.awardletters.com"><u><span style="color: blue;"><span style="color: blue;">awards</span></span></u></a> given in school for various activities. Sure, they have improved in quality as things get better and improve with technology but the ideas remain the same as years ago- awards for excellence in your area whether it is sports related or intellectual.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What has not changed much is the graduation ceremonies they have stayed pretty much the same, there are just more students now that are graduating from high school and later on, college. Graduations have expanded though and now encompass even the <a href="http://www.graduationsource.com">pre school kids <u><span style="color: blue;"><span style="color: blue;">cap and gowns</span></span></u></a>.<span style="">  </span>They are cute all dressed up getting their little <u><span style="color: blue;"><span style="color: blue;">diplomas</span></span></u>.<span style="">  </span><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This a sight that will be repeated many times in the course of your child&#8217;s life and he or she moves from one phase of maturity to another, and finally that last graduation from college is upon you and you will wonder where the time went!<span style="">  </span>You can be the proud parents of that college graduate as he walks down the aisle to the tune of &#8220;Pomp and Circumstance&#8221; in their <u><span style="color: blue;"><span style="color: blue;">college graduation gowns</span></span></u> as they begin a whole new life outside of schooling.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Then the party and your graduate are hopefully ready to take on the world and land a job in the field they studied for in college.<span style="">  </span>Then they are ready to make their own way in the world and have a life away from home in their own home.<span style="">  </span>You have been preparing for this through the college years while they are away from school but it still is not easy watching your child make their own way in the world.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
